產品介紹

         SKLN系列逆流式冷卻器是國際上的顆粒飼料冷卻技術，研究開發的新一代冷卻設備，主要用于制粒后高溫顆粒飼料的冷卻。該機具有獨特的冷卻機理，冷卻風與高溫高濕物料逆向運動，使物料由上而下逐漸得到冷卻，避免了一般立式冷卻器因驟冷所造成的物料表面開裂，心部水分和熱量難以散發等缺點，冷卻效果優于國內現有同類產品。冷卻后的物料溫度不高于外界溫度+5℃，降水率不低于3.8%，對生產高質量的顆粒飼料，延長顆粒飼料的儲存時間，提高經濟效益起到了較好的作用。

工作原理

       該機采用逆流冷卻原理對高溫、高濕的顆粒進行冷卻，避免了冷風與熱料直接接觸而產生驟冷現象，因而能防止顆粒產生表面開裂，同時，由于采用閉風器進料，且進風面積大，因此冷卻效果顯著；還采用滑閥式或擺式排料機構，運動平穩、可靠、殘留少。
